- especially when it comes to pms, menstrual symptoms, perimenopause, pelvic floor challenges and not feeling like ourselves!
In nearly two decades of teaching yoga and Ayurveda, I have become more and more passionate about women’s health. I have seen my clients through stress, overwhelm, insomnia and anxiety… through period pains, pms, diagnosis of endometriosis, fertility, pregnancy and beyond.
I am here to support you so you can work with your cycle rather than against it - or ignoring it.
