About Anja Brierley Lange

With two decades of teaching experience, Anja shares yoga practices that are rooted in awareness, flow, and connection to the body’s wisdom. Her classes offer a blend of flowing movement, intentional breath, and grounded stillness — always shaped by the present moment, never quite the same twice.

Drawing from her training in vinyasa flow, traditional hatha, yoga nidra, nurturing/restorative styles and ayurveda, Anja creates spaces where students can explore both movement and stillness with compassion and curiosity. Her teaching honours the natural cycles of energy within the person and the external environment.

She is also a qualified ayurvedic practitioner (BSc, PGDip) and the author of ‘Teaching Yoga for the Menstrual Cycle - an Ayurvedic Approach’
