Enjoy a few rounds of inspired Sun Salutations. On its own or as a warm up for further practise. Enjoy and go with the Flow.

Sun Salute - for mums-to-be FREE (8 min)
Enjoy movement, space and radiance. This is a sun salute for mothers-to-be. Make adjustments when needed and enjoy your growing body and growing baby as you practise. Please read the advice before starting the practise. This Surya Namaskar is for pregnant women familiar to my teaching style and have a healthy pregnancy (from 14 weeks) with no complications.

Postnatal yoga sequence. FREE

A short (12 min) yoga sequence for new mums which can be practised with or without your baby.Seated breathing, awareness of pelvic floor and movements on hands and knees (all fours) with some balance. Enjoy!
New mums should enjoy 6 weeks (8 if c-section) of nurture and relaxation before starting exercise again including most yoga asana. Please check with your health practitioner and a yoga instructor before starting any exercise making sure your are healing well.

The classes are meant as a supplement and inspiration to your own practise. However please do join a class or one-to-one class to make sure a qualified teacher can adjust or modify your postures if needed. It is not a substitute for medical treatment or personal yoga instruction.

The classes are open level and suitable for healthy yogis and yoginis. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, recent surgery, pregnant or recently given birth please speak to your health adviser and a yoga teacher before practising. As there is no personal modification specifically for you please listen to and be guided your body and breath in your yoga
