Pregnancy Yoga
Practising yoga during your pregnancy may benefit you in many ways.
Enhance strength and fitness
Yoga is a great way of bringing awareness to your body while gaining physical body strength and better stamina
Improve balance, posture and stability
Being mindfull of how we use our body we will explore safe ways to find our centre of gravity as it changes with the growth of baby. A good posture can alliviate many aches and pains such as lower back ache and sciatica as well as breathlessness.
Relieve emotional stress and anxiety
With the awareness of breath we connect our physical body and mental/emotional state. Yoga gives us a positive attitude as we explore how our body moves and accomodates for a growing baby. Learning breathing exercises helps us to relax and is also a great tool for birthing.
Massage Treatment in Pregnancy
Pregnancy Massage: Oil massage for mothers-to-be. Relax and unwind with a gentle massage relieving tension in lower back, neck, shoulders and achy legs.

Preconception and Pregnancy Care
If you are thinking of becoming pregnant or are trying to conceive you can prepare body and mind through Yoga, Ayurveda and body treatments.
Ayurveda has a long history of recommending specific diet, herbs and lifestyle care for couples (both male and female) trying for a baby as well during pregnancy.
Yoga is an excellent tool to create relaxation around the possible stress of becoming pregnant and some postures may benefit the reproductive system. It is a great space to learn to listen to your body and to how you feel in physically and emotionally. You can join an 'open class', come to a specified workshop or schedule a private class to suit your requirements.
The use of massage creates a space for the body to heal and relax. Allowing your self to let go of stress and tension. In Ayurveda massage is highly recommended for everyone as a way of creating balance.
