Private Yoga Instruction
You can take yoga classes into your office or workspace!
Let your colleagues and staff feel the benefits of a regular yoga practise at your workplace.
Practising yoga postures helps mobility in the shoulders, neck and hips. It will help ease tension from sitting in front of computers and desks.
More clarity, focus and less stress are other benefits of a regular practise.
In other words more efficient, energetic, fit and focused staff and colleagues.
Examples of yoga at work includes:
Morning yoga - start the day energised and focused.
Lunch time class - Avoid the afternoon drowsiness by breaking the day with a yoga class.
Afternoon/after work yoga - let you mind relax after work and get your mind focused for the next day's tasks.
Classes takes place in your office space, conference room or meeting area and lasts from 45min - 90min. Workshops are also available.

Private or semi-private tuition start at £60 for one hour
Longer sessions including workshops can be arranged.

The classes can be restorative or dynamic depending on your individual needs. As a qualified Ayurvedic Therapist (BSc) Anja incorperates ayurvedic principles into your your unique treatment plan. Diet and lifestyle advice from an Ayurvedic perspective can also be part of your well-being programme.
Private Yoga Sessions can be taught on a one-to-one or in small groups such as with friends, colleagues or family.
