3 Postnatal Yoga Sequences

The period after birth is a time of recuperation, healing and taking time to recover. Both physically, mentally and emotionally.

The first 40 days are often said to be a sacred time for mums and babies to connect. Even if it turn into to more baby blues rather than baby bliss being able to find time for you to reconnect to yourself and baby is important.

After rest, breathing, a bit of reconnection to the pelvic floor you may be inspired to deepen your recovery with a yoga.

Please make sure you had your 6-8 week check up and been advised that it is ok to practise yoga and exercise again. I always recommend to see a qualified postnatal yoga teacher before starting any new exercise or in conjunction with videos/online yoga.

The videos below are specifically for the postnatal mums. And on THIS LINK you can find more videos as well as PREGNANCY VIDEOS if you have yet to birth your babies. Whether you are a new mum, pregnant or never given birth please also have look at these FREE VIDEOS to explore more about pelvic health.

And further along…

You might want to honour and reconnect to your pelvis with my online course: The Sacred Pelvic.  Here you will learn your physical and energetic anatomy. How to bring awareness to the pelvic bowl and pelvic floor, strengthen, create flexibility and release tension. It’s about getting to know your body so you can modify and balance where and when you need it.
