live

twice a week

Perfect for summer — no fixed schedule required.

Holidays, travel, long days — summer is when the library earns its keep. Ten minutes before the day starts. A chill-out session when you're back from the beach. Always there, whenever you need it.

August note: I take August off from live Zoom teaching — rest is part of the practice too. The full on-demand library stays open throughout. Live classes return in September, with exciting news about the Ayurveda course.

This is for you if...

  • You want yoga that supports your nervous system, and how you body and energy changes

  • You're tired of rigid, performance-driven classes

  • You want seasonal, intelligent practice — not the same class every week

  • You need something that actually fits into a real, busy life taught by an experienced teacher
