Top 5 ayurveda recommendations

Here are my top 5 ayurvedic recommendations

Where I recommend you get your ayurveda products

You want to start with some ayurvedic products and an ayurveda lifestyle but are not sure where to go? Here I’m sharing my top 5 ayurveda recommendations.

The main ayurveda recommendations are about your lifestyle and routine. It’s about how we approach life. Day to day… Anything can be a medicine - or a poison. In ayurveda we learn to listen to our body and the environment around us. And then we adjust our lifestyle, our routine and our diet. Perhaps more importantly our mental, emotional and spiritual approach to our life experience. Having said that, I do recommend ayurveda products too to support us.

When you want to get some Ayurvedic products these are my ayurveda recommendations.

Top 5 ayurveda recommendations

Earthen Living

This is a small UK based company which has an incredible selection of everything you may want when it comes to ayurvedic remedies. This is often where I refer my ayurveda clients because they also have powders (churnas) and ayurvedic medicines that are difficult to find outside of the UK.

Earthen Living has excellent traditional oils for abhyanga (self massage).

Fushi

Fushi is another UK brand of ayurvedic remedies. High quality and very reasonably priced. This brand is easily found in some high street health food shops too. I usually get my aloe vera juice from here. And recommend them through the Natural Dispensary where I sometimes share my prescriptions.

Forest Essentials

I was very excited when Indian based Forest Essentials opened first their online shop and then the physical shop in the UK. Beautifully ayurvedic inspired skin and body care. The packaging of their products are beautiful. It’s pretty high end but lovely. Luxury ayurveda…

Ayurveda Pura

Ayurveda pura has a spa in London but also sell their products online. My favourite chyavanaprash so far is from here. I have a discount code you can use: ANJAYOGA.

Your local Asian/Indian supermarket or shop

Here they have all the spices for a very reasonable price. You’ll get huge bags of rice and mung dhal that will last you weeks and months. They may also supply certain ayurvedic or ayurvedic inspired products like chyavanaprash, ayurvedic toothpaste and tongue scrapers.
