Here’s a little insight into what you’ll find inside our Online Yoga Studio and Yoga, Movement & Calm for Dog Parents course.
🕯️ Chill Out Session — Restorative Yoga
The first video is from a live Chill Out Session (recorded Tuesday 21 October). These classes are gentle, soothing, and deeply restorative — perfect when you need to slow down and reset.
You’ll need:
 🪷 A belt or scarf
 🪷 Yoga blocks or a few folded towels/blankets
Inside the Monthly Membership, these sessions are part of your regular live schedule (Wednesdays & Saturdays on Zoom) plus a growing library with:

🐾 Yoga, Movement & Calm for Dog Parents
The second video is from my Yoga, Movement & Calm for Dog Parents online course — a playful standing practice designed to help you find balance, strength, and stability.
No props or yoga mat are needed — just you, your breath, and maybe your dog by your side.
Both videos are free to enjoy until the end of October 2025
52 min | chill out session of releasing tightness around our energetic heart, “flossing” the thoracic area and breathing to “massage” the intercostal muscles and ribscage region. Seated and lying down we also use a belt/scarf. I suggest two brick blocks or alternatively folded up blankets/towels/foam roller.
Find your balance
12 min | Have fun with this balance - and getting out of balance - practices. They are really important when we have a dog on lead potentially pulling or walking in an uneven terrain. It’s about being balanced in body, mind and emotions too.
It's been wonderful to start practicing with you over the past few weeks. I'm really enjoying your classes, and love that there are both live and recorded classes, since I'm dealing with an 8 hour time difference. Hoping to make a live one at some point!
