Feminine cycles and seasons

This self-paced course is the education never had about your menstrual cycle. And so much more.

You will learn the benefits of menstrual cycle awareness from ayurvedic wisdom and yoga.

With videos and text as well as pre-recorded yoga classes of various lengths for each phase plus shorter sessions for some of the most common complaints.

Sacred Pelvis

Connect with your pelvis and pelvic floor in this on-demand immersion.

In your own space and time, you’ll learn to bring awareness to your pelvis, know when and how to release unnecessary tension and how to engage and strengthen.

  • 12 pelvic floor practise videos based on yoga most are 6-14 minutes but also 3 longer 20-35 minute yoga flows

  • 6 downloadable practises including pelvic bowl meditations and yoga nidra/guided relaxations

  • 14+ videos on pelvic floor anatomy, discussing our sacred pelvis, introducing the Sacred Pelvis course and essential health and self-care practises.

Perimenopause

Enjoy yoga sessions and ayurvedic wisdom to support you through the transition of perimenopause.

We have yoga classes for some of the most common complaints such as hot flushes and mood swings. As well as breathing practices.

This selection of perimenopause yoga will come very soon as a separate course as well as included in the Monthly Membership

Yoga for the menstrual cycle

In this class we honour the menstrual and moon cycle exploring how to harness the power of each phase of the inner and outer moon in our yoga practise. 

We’ll have an introduction to the Western and āyurvedic (yoga’s sister science) perspectives on the menstrual cycle and how the actual moon connects to our inner moon. 

Our physical yoga practice will be a nurturing flow supporting womb and menstrual health. We focus on the more lunar aspect with gentle slow mindful movement and rest.

We focus just on you and what you and your body need with a combination of yoga and Ayurveda.

Consultations via zoom or potentially in person depending on your location

investment: allow one hour for £75 paid prior to the appointment for yoga and individualised pelvic steam recipes. £120 for ayurvedic or in-depth consultations with notes emailed to you after the consultation.

Small print: there is a strict 24 hour cancellation notice. the payment is for the time allocated and is non-refundable if not rescheduled/cancelled before the cancellation notice.
