The Wise Woman Transition
Embracing Menopause with yoga and ayurveda
This workshop takes place at Lotus Room Yoga Centre, in Zebbug, Malta
This nurturing day is an invitation for women moving through perimenopause and menopause to slow down, listen inward, and meet this transition with care, understanding, and compassion.
As hormones shift, many women experience changes in energy, sleep, mood, focus, body temperature, or emotional sensitivity. Yoga and Ayurveda offer gentle, time-honoured tools to support these changes — not by forcing balance, but by honouring the body’s natural rhythms.
In this supportive and welcoming space, we will explore:
Gentle, grounding, and restorative yoga practices to calm and replenish the nervous system
The Ayurvedic understanding of menopause and the shifting balance of the doshas
Simple, practical self-care rituals for cooling, nourishment, and vitality
How to adapt movement, rest, and daily rhythms during this phase of life
A deeply restful Yoga Nidra to invite profound rest and renewal
This is a day to rest deeply, move gently, learn simply, and feel held — in the company of other women walking a similar path.

No prior yoga or Ayurvedic knowledge required
Come as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, resourced, and connected to your inner wisdom.
