A 2 hours women’s yoga, tips + Ayurveda reset for winter, perimenopause & your menstrual inner winter.

A Sunday morning to fill your cup, to restore, rest and rejuvenate before the Holidays and Christmas craziness.

Designed to build up Ojas - or vitality.

To soothe a frazzled nervous system and calm the mind.

We’ll have a short discussion and tips on:

  • Winter season and the importance of Ojas (vitality or Nectar) within the context of ayurveda

  • Nourishment/Ojas during the menstrual cycle, perimenopause and postmenopause

  • Enjoy yoga movement, restorative soothing flow and poses as well as breathing practices and yoga nidra (guided rest).

This is also perfect for perimenopause and beyond (Vata stage of life), during menstruation and when we feel depleted.

Honouring and embracing our cyclic nature, our menstrual cycle, womb wisdom and being rooted in our sacred pelvis is re-emerging.

I believe we have so much power in each phase of our menstrual cycle and in the transition through perimenopause and beyond. We know our nervous system affects our pelvic floor and pelvic organs.

This wisdom and power are not just for physical wellbeing. Rather, it is a way of living. Supporting us through the challenges we may encounter in our day to day life so we may live more fully and present. This is some of what you can explore in my book Teaching yoga for the menstrual cycle - an Āyurvedic perspective (published Dec 2022).
