Hi, I am Anja, dog mum to Alfie and a yoga teacher to humans.

This guide is designed for you (and your pup or pups, too) to find calm and grounding. To catch your breath when you feel stressed, when your dog is reactive, or when you are anxious with a special needs or unwell pup. When you are overwhelmed as a dog parent or outside stressors stress you out.

I created this guide because I know those experiences. Alfie is a rescue dog; he has health issues, experiences seizures, and can be reactive in traffic. So I had to use my experience as a yoga teacher, an aromatherapist and ayurvedic practitioner to regulate my own nervous system to be the best dog mum for him!
