Hi, I’m Anja

UGC, Collabs | wellness, yoga, fitness, holistic - and dog content!

Based in the UK (worldwide collabs), Gen X, vegetarian (my dog isn’t!).

Yoga teacher, Āyurvedic practitioner, and author - sharing yoga, Āyurveda, and everyday wellness online, alongside my rescue Frenchie, Alfie (yes, he has his own fanbase and his media kit is here).

I've been teaching yoga for 20+ years, I'm a published author (Teaching Yoga for the Menstrual Cycle: an Āyurvedic Approach, foreword by Shiva Rea), and I run an online yoga studio, a live Āyurveda course, and a Yoga Training courses in Malta. Alongside that, I create content that blends real, lived-in wellness with a bit of dog chaos — because that's honestly what my life looks like.

I'm still building this side of things, and enjoy it, exploring and the creativity. It also means I'm easy to work with, genuinely enthusiastic about trying new formats and receiving constructive feedback, and not precious about polish.
