Hi, I’m Anja

UGC, Collabs | wellness, yoga, fitness, holistic - and dog content!

Based in the UK (worldwide collabs), Gen X, vegetarian (my dog isn’t!).

Yoga teacher, Āyurvedic practitioner, author in midlife - sharing yoga, Āyurveda, and everyday wellness online, alongside my rescue and seizure-prone Frenchie, Alfie (yes, he has his own fanbase and his media kit is here).

We create content solo and together: wellness, midlife, and rescue-dog life, with a shared love of nature, beach, fields, and woodland.

Alfie lives with neurological issues and seizures, so we're always on the hunt for wholesome treats, comfy gear, and natural wellness products that support his health - and mine. Having a dog with seizures is stressful for the humans too!

UK-based, international audience, open to pet care, dogwear, treats, lifestyle, and wellness collabs 🐾
