Gift guide for yoga people

Well, this is the time to potentially invest in the things you have on your wish list or things that need updating. Or wishing to gift someone else.

So if you have something specific you need and you have consciously made the decision to purchase here are some of my recommended yoga places to go shopping.

yoga props + products

If it’s finally time to get a bolster, some yoga blocks, belts, blankets, mats…. Ekotex is where I got my cork blocks and new bolster. They are based in Edinburgh and ship worldwide.

They have also added things like pillow mists and a rather smart looking mat spray to their offerings.

More ethical yoga clothes

I have a few clothes lines I love to wear for yoga… There are so many but I want to highlight Wellicious which is probably the most ethical and sustainable brand I am aware of. When a Wellicious product is ready to be recycled, it will decompose into organic nutrients, promoting the production of biological nutrients and systems such as plant growth.

Ethical skin care + essential oils

I know I always talk about Neal’s Yard Remedies. And yes this link is my shop page but these are products I truly love and believe in. This is where you can get essential oils and aromatherapy skin care.
