Why Ayurveda?
As the Sister Science of Yoga and informing my yoga classes and practice
For me, Ayurveda was the missing piece in the puzzle when it came to my yoga practice and teaching yoga classes.
It made me understand how and why yoga works, how to adapt, and understand qualities, rhythm, digestion, energy, and individuality.
When yoga is taught and practiced with this framework, it becomes adaptable, intelligent, and deeply supportive of real people in real lives.
Ongoing Practice & Study
Alongside courses and trainings, I offer an online yoga membership for those who want a steady, embodied practice rooted in seasonal and Ayurvedic principles.
